Order
How can I track my order?
You can track your order by clicking on the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, log into your account, go to “Order History,” and select the order you wish to track.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure quick delivery. However, if you need to modify or cancel an order, you may contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
How do I return or exchange an item?
To return or exchange an item, please visit our service request form [insert service request form link] and fill out necessary information. Our customer service team will get in touch with you once you complete the form.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 – 14 business days once we receive and inspect the returned item. Depending on your payment provider, the funds should appear in your account within 5–10 business days.
What if I received a damaged or defective product?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience! If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within XX days of receiving the order. We’ll provide you with a return label and arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Do you provide warranty for all the items we purchase?

How much is your shipping fee?
Shipping fees depend on the destination and the shipping method selected. You can view the exact fee during checkout before completing your purchase. We also offer free delivery for the orders that ₱10,000 and above within Metro Manila ONLY.
What payment options do you accept?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping option selected. Standard shipping typically takes 4 to 7 business days, while express and overnight shipping options are faster. You’ll receive an estimated delivery date during checkout.
Do you deliver on weekends and holidays?
We currently deliver on weekdays only. However, expedited shipping options might offer weekend delivery in certain locations. Please check at the checkout page for availability.

The item was in stock when I placed it on my cart, but why was it out of stock during checkout?
Inventory is updated in real-time, and placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. If another customer purchases the last available unit before you complete your order, the item may become unavailable.
